Associate >

Associates serve as senior members of engagement teams, leading substantial workstreams and taking significant responsibility for the quality and precision of strategic recommendations provided to client leadership.

We recruit candidates holding advanced degrees (MBA, JD, PhD, or equivalent) from distinguished graduate programs, seeking individuals with independent judgment, analytical rigor, and the capacity to operate at the highest levels of strategic advisory work.

Engagement Manager >

Engagement Managers lead client engagements, direct analytical workstreams, and serve as trusted counsel to senior client leadership on questions of material strategic consequence.

The firm fills Engagement Manager positions primarily through internal advancement. External candidates are considered selectively and must demonstrate 7-10+ years of relevant experience in strategic advisory, corporate strategy, or related functions within our practice areas, or possess deep domain expertise in industries or functional areas of strategic importance to the firm.
