Recruiting at Starlake is bimodal. In the first instance, we seek current or recent graduates from top undergraduate or postgraduate (MBA, JD, PhD) for our Associate program, the traditional entry pathway into the Firm and the profession of management consulting. In the second instance, we are open to experienced candidates (2-4 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, frontier technology, or high-impact operating roles) with a track record of exceptional ability and contribution.

GEOGRAPHIES
The Firm will establish its first office in New York City, placing it at the forefront of American and global free enterprise; and, at the intersection of the Firm's targeted sector concentrations in financial services, healthcare, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), and the public sector.

PRO BONO AND PUBLIC SERVICE
We recognize that, in addition to free enterprise and capital markets, there are certain civilizational segments that offer defensible contributions: not-for-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community development organizations, public health groups, and social enterprises. As part of Starlake's broader institutional mission, the Firm will selectively work with local organizations to optimize operations, reduce waste, and build independent value-generation engines.
