The Global Management Forum is an initiative of the Starlake Institute convening senior executives, government officials, and institutional leaders for structured deliberation on governance, organizational stewardship, and long-term institutional performance. The Forum operates independently and addresses themes central to institutional responsibility: governance structures, organizational culture and leadership formation, strategic decision-making under complexity, talent stewardship and succession, and the relationship between institutions and society. Participation is by invitation and extended to those bearing significant responsibility for the direction of consequential organizations.

Inaugural publications are to be published in January 2026.
